1. General informations.

Concrete must be clean and flat.

Laying out and connecting the mats.

Fig. 1. The general principle of connecting the mats with the „puzzle“ type connectors,

Fig. 2.1 Laying out and connecting the mats on the walking ways.

Fig. 2.2 All options of connecting the mats are possible - depending on the shape and size of floor surface.

The mats should be laid out on the floor and connected with the „puzzle“ type locks. leaving about. 2 cm of space

from the walls and other restrictions of floor surface - Fig. 3.1 and 1 cm from the scraper guiding rail - Fig. 3.2

Adjusting the mat to the expected shape and attaching it to the concrete base.

The mat can be cut to the required size and shape, the parts of the „puzzle“ locks „ can be cut as well, - if the mat is adjacent to the wall or other space restriction of the floors of cowsheds - Fig. 3

In order to protect the mats against their possible disconnection during use - e.g.; by the moving collector

of animal faeces or by a tractor used in the cowshed - the mats should be additionally attached to a concrete

base in the manner presented in Fig. 4
